INCUMAR constitutes the consolidated marine productive base of the MAR–TIERRA system. A real and pre-existing economic activity that does not depend on storytelling, but on real activity.
With more than 35 years of experience in the sector, INCUMAR brings technical knowledge of the marine environment, operating infrastructure and nurseries, and a purification and marketing model for bivalve mollusks recognized in the national market.
The industrial solvency and productive capacity of INCUMAR are the pillar on which the entire territorial project rests. It is not an artificial narrative, it is a consolidated reality.

Cetárea 1903 is an active reinterpreted Atlantic infrastructure. A space excavated in rock with natural water circulation, originally conceived as a functional system for live marine conservation.
Today, its contemporary activation transforms its function without altering its logic: where marine products were once preserved, bottles now age in a semi-natural marine environment. Its limited operating capacity (3,000–3,800 bottles) is not an economic restriction, but a founding principle of the model.
Cetárea 1903 does not compete in volume, but in coherence. Its value lies not in the number of bottles, but in the articulation between heritage, real sea, physical limits and territorial coherence. It is a unique technical platform in the national context.

Private Vineyard Estate
Vinea Molino is a micro-scale Private Vineyard Estate located in Ruiseñada (Comillas, Cantabria). A restored historic mill that integrates with its own limited-production vineyard, creating a heritage system where water, stone and vineyard form a coherent unit.
It is not a rural hotel or a commercial winery. It is a closed system where landscape, architecture and wine form a coherent unit. The micro-scale is structural: 4 permanent suites, 220 days open per year, and wine production exclusively for internal consumption and private events.
Vinea Molino adopts an aspirational positioning with a vocation for qualitative recognition in contemporary heritage architecture, micro-scale hospitality and gastronomic culture integrated into the Atlantic territory.
